Frank is correct Mr. Powell hasn’t sold many books and has run out of lawyer money. He has decided to represent himself. As a Judge I see pro se parties everyday. It is the exception that the self-represented litigant does the research and study necessary to competently try a family law motion. This 6-8 week civil trial is in a different universe and the likelihood of a serious strategic or tactical error is a near certainty. That’ how we all got eyes on the Expert Witness reports by the way. If it all wasn’t so tragic it might be entertaining.

Will the NRA be solvent in January 2024? Will Brewer and Co. rack up millions and millions more in billing hours before a 1/24 trial?
